Returns
We have a 5-day return period; this gives you the ability to return an item within 5 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Kindly note that certain items are not returnable to store; Sneakers and any other form of white shoes, Perfumes and other accessories.
Cash refunds are not available. In cases where an exchange cannot be made immediately due to limited choices, store credit in form of a gift voucher for same value will be issued to the customer and they can be used for a future purchase.

To process a return, you are required to fill a Return form and submit or send a picture or video of your purchase indicating item(s) is/are same condition send to our support@elitefootwears.com or our Whatsapp support.

Once your email or message is received and return accepted, we will send a forwarding address you can ship the item to and pick up the replacement item(s) simultaneously
Kindly allow 24-48 working hours to process.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on flash sale items, clearance sales or gift cards.
Note: Customers are liable for the cost of shipping but If the wrong item is delivered to you, we will take full responsibility for picking and returning the correct item to you. For exchanges to areas outside of our Central Delivery Areas, customers are responsible for making sure the item(s) get to us (a forwarding address will be provided upon request) and an exchange can be done simultaneously.

Exchanges
Our aim is to meet every customer’s need because we understand giving value for money. However, we replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message using the WhatsApp support or email to support@elitefootwears.com

In cases where the correct item ordered has been shipped and there’s a need for a return, the customer is liable for the cost of shipping.
It is important to note that an exchange can only be made once for a particular order; once we have done an exchange on one order, order will be deem satisfactory and closed. Same order cannot be exchanged more than once and no longer qualifies for a refund.

We suggest customers check their items on delivery and reject the delivery if there is an issue as the cost of an exchange will be borne by the customer afterwards except for prepaid transactions. If payment was prepaid before delivery was initiated, a refund can be processed if the item is no longer available.
